Our memberships include a fitness assessment and complimentary training session with one of our personal trainers. Their goal is to help you get started toward a healthier and fit lifestyle.We offer flexible membership plans whether you live here year round or whether you are visiting the Jersey Shore during the summer months. Daily memberships are also available.Junior memberships are offered at the age of 13 so your children can begin a more active lifestyle along with you. All of our highly motivating group exercise classes are included with your membership.
