Our Jersey Shore Hotel The Grenville Inn is a historic Jersey Shore hotel located in Bay Head, New Jersey. We are just a block off Bay Head’s beautiful beaches, that offer quiet, family beaches just one mile south of the hustle and bustle of Point Pleasant’s boardwalk and many family attractions, as well as several miles north of the famous Seaside boardwalk.
